Wow. So original. Another real estate agent's "About Me" section. Here's what you need to know: There are over two million licensed real estate agents in the United States. According to NAR, (a company that you don't care about) the median age for a realtor is 52 years old. 30% of all realtors don't have a website. 26% of all realtors don't use Facebook. 89% of realtors prefer to communicate through email (look back at that median age stat). The average real estate agent works 35 hours per week. 10% of all homebuyers that utilized a realtor do not want to use the same realtor a second time. So, after about four years of working on the marketing/consulting side of residential real estate, I decided even a turkey can fly in a hurricane.
I have maintained some level of employment since the age of 13 years old when I was an umpire for Little League (baseball/softball). I would have joined the workforce sooner but there are a lot of child labor laws that prohibit it so I was stuck mowing lawns for the few years prior to save up for ipods and xbox's. On a serious note, I like to work. I pride myself on my inability to "unplug" from the real estate industry. There has been a lot of change in the past couple years and my goal is put in whatever work necessary for my clients.
